Ready, Set, Go Program
Ready, Set, Go (RSG) aims to support youth 18 – 22 years who are transitioning out of care.
RSG provides both financial and non-financial supports to youth.
Youth are able to work and/or attend a post-secondary program while receiving supports from the RSG program. RSG Agreements are voluntary. Youth do not need to apply for this program as they would already be receiving services from Linck. As youth in care approach their 18th birthday, Linck plans with them and actively engages them in decision making about their long-term goals.
